ISABEL SEGUNDA BEACH HOUSE

The barbeque area will receive a sink and small refrigerator - hopefully in my lifetime. The rectangular concrete area on the right with a black bucket on top is the chase (described in the kitchen next to the refrigerator). This carries utilities and exhaust through the roof. The gas bottle on the right actually serves the kitchen cooktops in both apartments.
