The master bedroom enjoys great visibility and ventilation. The frosted glass is used were needed for privacy. The ceiling fans and 10 foot ceilings generally make the spaces very comfortable without air conditioning, which has not been (and probably never will be) installed. All of the requirements for A/C were designed into the bedrooms.
