Sustainable concrete counters highlight the complete remodel of the kitchen and laundry area. The harsh environment, so close to the ocean with sea breezes flowing through nearly all of the time, dictates selecting appliances and fixtures that are easy to service and/or inexpensive to replace. High end designer equipment is nearly impossible to service and not at all cost effective.
